Peter Christian knows why businesses and managers at all levels succeed. He uses that knowledge, working closely to assist them in increasing their success and achieving their goals.
Peter was a founding partner and president at Enterprise Systems Partners Inc. (espi), a prominent business consulting company in Pennsylvania’s Lehigh Valley. In that time he worked with more than 300 clients throughout the United States and Europe. He helped managers and executives to succeed in many key areas of business development including:
- Strategic Planning
- Leadership
- Project Management
- Continuous Improvement
- Lean Manufacturing
- Organizational Values
- Objectives Development
- Facility Planning
- Supply Chain.
The companies he has worked with have realized millions of dollars in cost reductions and profit improvements while adding and retaining thousands of jobs. These improvements have helped reduce managerial and business problems and led to more successful companies, managers, and leaders. Most importantly, it assists managers in addressing things that bother them and making the changes and improvements necessary to reduce their stress. They develop better leadership skills and become more confident in dealing with problems, issues, and their career directions.
Before espi, he was an Executive Director at Crayola Corporation.
He held director’s positions in engineering, quality, operations, and research and development. As a leader, he helped the company expand with over 700 percent profitable revenue growth.

Why businesses and managers succeed or fail are the topics of Peter’s two books.
His first book, What About the Vermin Problem?, is a compilation of his experiences working with companies large and small. He relates the fine line between success and failure and what to or not to do in order to be successful.
His second book, Influences and Influencers, is directed at the managers and company executives. He covers how each person needs to learn, develop and hone their skills in order to become better company leaders.
He has been married for 41 years to his beautiful wife and best friend, Sharon. They met as undergraduates at Rutgers University and as they say, the rest is history. They have 3 wonderful children, two boys, and one girl. Two have served in the army and are still part of our military reserve. Their oldest, Chris and his wife have given them two very active grandchildren, ages two and three. Peter hasn’t been this busy since coaching his kids in baseball and basketball many moons ago.
Peter is an avid sports fan. He roots for the Chicago Cubs and enjoyed their championship in 2016. He hopes, it won’t take another 108 years to win their next. He also roots for the Washington Redskins. Currently they seem to be on the 108 year plan for championships. Peter also follows college basketball and football. He hopes his alma mater, Rutgers, gets in the playoff hunt in both sports, soon.
Peter and Sharon love to travel and have visited most of our states. They have visited 8 foreign countries. They will be visiting Australia and New Zealand in 2020. They plan to visit the Holy Land soon. They love to visit wineries. They are by no means wine connoisseurs, but love dry reds and whites. They have been to the Finger Lake region in NY and Napa Valley in California. Peter recommends both places to those who love the fruit of the vine.
